The software doesnt update. I think it is locked. Is there any way I can unlocke it?

It's a good phone but I'm not sure it works with the boost mobile sim card I have, if anyone on the seller team could help me out I'd appreciate it!

I am completely disgusted with this purchase. After years and years of doing business with Amazon.com, they have finally and totally failed me.THIS IS NOT AN UNLOCKED PHONE. It is branded to T-Mobile with an unlocked SIM, allowing it to be used only as a dumb phone on other networks. Half of the phones functions will not work without a T-Mobile SIM.UPDATE: After many exchanged messages, Amazon.com sent a replacement for the original phone, guaranteed to be the never-before-touched and unlocked phone in the listing. It wasn't. It was another T-Mobile phone, exactly what had been sent earlier. It, too, is on the way back, and the catalog had not yet been updated.Do you see anything in the product description that says the phone is branded to T-Mobile? Neither do I. And to try to be sure I didn't get a problem, I paid a little more and purchased it directly from Amazon, not from a "fulfilled by" vendor or a marketplace vendor. Amazon.It's embarrassing because I debated buying directly from HTC, but when the old HTC One M7 died, went for faster shipping. Stupid, stupid, stupid.If you're a T-Mobile customer, you might be happy, but even so, it is not UNLOCKED. UNLOCKED means not branded to a carrier, not filled with carrier bloatware, and fully functional with any SIM card. These phones have none of those characteristics.I CANNOT RECOMMEND AGAINST THIS PARTICUAR PHONE LISTED AND SOLD BY AMAZON.COM MORE STRONGLY. If you are not a T-Mobile customer, this particular phone is crap. Utter crap.

The phone does come with a ATT software, although i had not problems to use it on MetroPCS. I had previously given a bad feedback, but it turned out that it was my mistake. nothing wrong with the phone.

Listing claims phone is unlocked but this only applies to the day-to-day network. Software Updates are locked to AT&T.Also I've only had the phone 2 years and the battery life has become practically nonexistant. It worked well - relative to the cost, anyway - while it lasted but I'm quite disappointed in the longevity.

phone was delivered in only 2 days and used the 5 day free delivery. phone works great but camera wasn't as high quality as I thought it was going to be.

Really nice Phone. HTC makes a beautiful device. You can just feel the quality. Having the speakers in front makes all the difference. Everyone should do that.

Completely diappointed. Its condition was horrible. The screen had scratches all over it like it never had a screen protector on it. It had dents on the back. The camera had dirt and scatches on the inside and was glued on so every photo i took was blurry or white around the corners. The phone kept over heating amd turning off even while it was not being used. Couldn't send photos or receive them. Kept getting a msg that something on the phone was blocked. Took it to three different phone places who fix phones to find that it was illegally unlocked. I would never recommended this place. I read the other reviews that was on here but i figured I'd try it. That was regretful.
