The description clearly states that it is spill proof. The actual product has no closure on the lid at all and spills and splashes. I have used many travel mugs and this is the worst one I have ever used. I have to put my pups in the car in the morning, so I put two travel mugs on my hood while I open the door for them- these don't even have a non stick bottom- nope, just slide right off. How can it keep contents at temperature when it is open all the time? I need to be able to bring home two cups at the end of the day- they may have a few drops of coffee still in them- with this cup, that contents is all over my bag - terrible design. I contacted the seller and despite the misleading description, they simply state that they are working hard to come out with a closable lid next year- ridiculous.

its a sturdy cup that can hold lots of water, enough water for a long day of gamering and redditeering . with the ridiculous amounts of alts i have and the disturbing amount of dailies this 8.3 patch, this cup will last me a long time.i usually drink black coffee before my training at the gym(intermittent fasting), and usually it takes me 15minutes to finish before my morning motivation wears out.. with this cup now , even without the lid it takes longer to cool and longer for me to finish so much so that i can finish the vale and uldum dailies before im done. and by the time im done, my motivation for the gym is goneanyways, note to all of yall, if youre using ur morning coffee to time around events like morning workout.. coffee is gona last a lot longersome of yall gonna laugh at the fact i drink black coffee AND do intermittent fasting because hurrdurr xenobiotic..

When I first started looking for a nice coffee mug that would stay warm, I wanted something that was different from a thermostat.SipWorks have great color-ways for their Tumblers. I purchased two Tumblers from June-August of 2020 in White and Wood print. I've been cleaning these Tumblers in the dishwasher, and the Tumblers (the metal portion) are holding up very well. None of the print or color have chipped off.Unfortunately, I can not say the same for the plastic lids. Do not wash the plastic lids in the dishwasher, they absolutely will crack. Wash or rinse the plastic lids by hand. The overall quality of the lids are lackluster, and not leak proof. Durability is just not there. After repeated use with steaming hot liquids, the cracks in the lid continue to spread until the entire lid cracks.Luckily, Amazon sells extra lids with various types of closures: Open and Capped.If you search for: "20 oz Insulated Tumbler Lid Splash Proof Lid Press-In Replacement Lid for YETI Rambler, Ozark Trail"I ended up purchasing option: F (in 20ounce)It works great.Hot liquids stay hot for about 2 hours and slowly cools down to room temperature at around 8 hours. It’s honestly perfect for a full work day at the office. Excellent.It's a 4/5 Stars for me.Minus -1 star for the poor quality plastic lids.Overall, I'm still very happy with both of my Tumblers and would definitely repurchase, just make sure to buy an extra lid.

I get coffee with my own cup. I tumbler I have does not fits under the Keurig machine at work and this does. I usually used the whole morning to finish a cup, and it definitely kept my coffee hot for me to drink it in the amount of time I wanted. I like white color and the marble design makes look even more classy.Best of all, I caught the Christmas sale.

Honestly its just a really nice cup. Super easy to clean has a good weight and keeps my coffee hot for hours. The design is exactly as pictured and personally i really like the wood look.

I bought this cup & in 2 days the lid cracked. I contacted seller to replace & the exact same thing happened w #2 (same place too)! The lid is very hard to clean as congealed milk remnants under the rubber part of the lid which is very hard to see. It takes awhile to clean & must be done w your fingernail (gross). The cup can’t be put in the microwave unless you want to start a fire. It keeps liquid fairly warm but the open sip area allows heat to escape a great deal more than closed lids. It looks good but I’m returning it. Really bad craftsmanship.

I've been look for a new tumbler for a few months now so when I came across this, I thought hit the jackpot. Well, I 100% was wrong. For one, the color is not accurate to the picture. I ordered the black variation and clearly, the cup isn't black. It's grey. For two, this thing is NOT insulated. I made my coffee at 7:30 am and by 9:00 am, it was ice cold. No exaggeration. I'm talking ICE COLD. For aesthetic purposes, the cup looks nice. But this cup is not worth almost $30. Kinda f'ed up that I paid $10 for one at WalMart and it lasted almost 3 years before the normal wear and tear finally took it down.

It’s absolutely the coolest coffee tumbler! It helps me refresh myself even if I just look at it. And the quality is so good. Will recommend my friends to take it.^_^
