Works the same as the old switch.
The switch came on time. It works on my 08 Toyota tundra just as the original did. It hooked up the very same too. I would recommend this switch to anyone. It was very easy the change out, it only took about 20 minutes to take the old one out and put the new one in. Saved me a lot of money.
