13 cents each for tasty and healthy recipes
This is easily one of the best cookbooks I have purchased on Amazon for three reasons.First of all, this is a diet that actually makes sense! That alone puts the Whole Food diet in a the top 5% or so of diets I've seen come and go. Just eat healthy, unprocessed food in its natural form and you will lose weight - well what do you know, it works!The second thing I love about this book is the quality of the recipes. I've probably cooked close to half the recipes in the book at this point and literally every single one has been fantastic! Every. Single. One. I can't even recall the last time I bought a cookbook and didn't find at least a few duds mixed in. I'm not sure it ever happened before this one!The third great thing about this book is the value. I paid $13 for this book and got 100 recipes. That is 13 cents per recipe. Let that sink in for a minute. 13 CENTS PER RECIPE. And for that negligible sum, I got some of the best tasting, healthiest food I've ever made for me and my family.Great deal? I'd say so.

A good recipe book in starting a whole food lifestyle.
A good recipe book in starting a whole food lifestyle. With so much good-tasting processed food out in the market and with the convenience fast food chains offer, it is so easy to be allured with these type of foods but it is indeed important to be reminded that our body is designed for healthy whole foods. This book is a great help for everyone who wants to lose weight and be healthy through embracing the whole food diet.

Definitely a good book to have around the kitchen
It basically is what it says. Whole foods are great and I love the selection of recipes in this book. Tons of easy to make but simply delicious whole food recipes. From smoothies, beef casserole, great tasting soup to healthy salads, everything is all here. I recommend trying out the book's spicy coconut chicken soup, you'd definitely love.

Nothing to like here.
I apologize in advance for how blunt this review will come off. The few reviews I write I prefer to give balanced feedback - talking up what I love about the product, then offering what I personally saw as areas for improvement.With this book however, I have nothing good to say. The author must have a ton of friends to get that many 5 star ratings, or I'm seriously missing something. This book is small, with widely spaced text and no pictures. Your ten year old could have designed a better looking book and found better recipes on Pinterest in a couple of minutes. Nothing at all is interesting or helpful about this book and it seems to me a blatant attempt to cash in on the Whole30/Whole Foods movement.This book was recommended while researching Whole30 here on Amazon. Unfortunately, this book along with Whole Food: 30 Days of Whole Food Cookbook which I also ordered, were a total waste of money.Again - sorry to be so blunt, but do yourself a favor and save your coins on this one.

So many amazing whole food recipes!!!!
This is everything I hoped it would be! It contains 100 amazing whole food recipes that taste great and are not too hard to make. There are lots of vegetables in these recipes, as well as some delicious fish and chicken dishes that are some of my personal favorites.I see buying a book like this as making an investment in my health. Don't worry though, the recipes are so tasty you won't feel like you're on a diet at all!

Highly recommend!
This book features healthy, easy to follow recipes using natural and wholesome ingredients. I enjoyed making a few of these recipes with my favorite being the Taco-Spiced Turkey Burrito so far. My husband is excited for me to cook a few more from this book as we are both trying to lose weight and stay healthy. I recommend this book to anyone who is interested in getting into a healthy diet regimen/lifestyle.

100 choices!
100 whole recipe book is a delicious, easy and tasty recipes for the whole family. I have a bunch of recipe books on my Kindle and this one is a great recipe book for keeps. One of the best book for healthy recipes that aids weight loss. My son and husband will surely try other recipe of this book like Taco-spiced turkey burrito and grilled chicken patties.

Reasonable and worthwhile diet program
My wife was told about this diet and I was interested, because I am not one to stay with a diet or structured meals, but this guide has some great meals and foods that I like. So I am willing to try and stay with it, if I can get the same results as others have written about.
