Firstly, another super fast delivery from Amazon!I needed a new baking tray and roasting tray as I use these on a daily basis, I tend to use them for cooking meat in the oven mainly but I also use them for home-made chips or roasted vegetables. Because I use them daily I tend to go through a lot as the non-stick coatings usually wear off pretty quickly.I bought these Tala trays because I know the brand stands for great quality, both my grandmother and mother have been raving about Tala products my whole life so I decided to give the brand a try.....I was not disappointed!I tested the trays by cooking some chicken breasts in the oven, in the past on other trays I have bought I have found it near impossible to stop the chicken from sticking to the trays, despite the claimed non-stick coating I could never find one where I could remove the meats without having this sticking issue.I was amazed with these Tala trays, the first use I was able to just slide the meat off and there was no leftover chicken on the trays...this is a big pro for me and I'm glad I gave them a try!In addition to the great non-stick, they are also extremely well built, they feel weighty in your hand and you just get a great perception of the quality because of this.The trays are finished in a nice metallic looking grey and the branding is also nicely included on the handles, which coincidently are excellent for placing and removing the trays in and out of the oven.I also loved the fact that I can put them straight in the dishwasher after use!So all in all, first impressions are extremely positive, I'm glad I tried the Tala brand and I will now be looking to add the Tala pizza tray to my collection as well!

The paint comes off when I clean it just like pretty much every other roasting tray I've bought. Disappointing.

I dont usually spend a lot of money purchasing cookware, but recently have started seeing the benefits of investing in quality items, This roaster being one of them. When it says non-stick it really is non-stick! i have thoroughly tested this by roasting meats and veg and it has been perfect in that none of the foods have stuck to it and it has washed like new each time. It feels sturdy rather than the cheaper flimsy versions you can get. I prefer this as dont feel like the meat is gonna slip out when i get out the oven! Its just the right size for a family size roast. Ive been impressed with it so far and wonder why i ever bothered with the cheap ones before. Im fast becoming a fan of this range.

This is quite a impressive itemand the No-stick is proper non-stick and the roasties produced in this tin is the best I have seen for sometime
