Love that it fits my big nipples lol I am an over producer so they work great. I'm a 20mm I also got the 24mm with my first born I down sized when I realized I wasn't fitting as well 20mm works better for me

Fit my Spectra pump
They fit my spectra pump. To clean I just wash in soapy water and put it in the electric bottle sterilizer. They seem to hold up fine, no warping so far.
