VXi BlueParrott C400-XT Bluetooth Headset -INCLUDES- MobileSpec 12V Replacement Car Charger with Micro USB Adapter

This is my second one. The first lasted over a year even though it flew off the top of a car twice and went for a jog down the road. I liked the first one so well I replaced it with the exact same product even though a newer model had come out. Great sound quality, decent charge time, easy to wear. When this one finally dies, I hope this model is still available, because I'd buy it again!

Doesn't work. It isn't recognized by my phone. Tried other peoples phones and they do nkt recognize it either. Bought for job i was going yo start. Once started job and saw it doesn't work it says beyond return date. Shorter return window because product doesn't work, I'm assuming.

This product is not working already and it has been used for less than 2 months. Can't hear the person at the other end. I had troubleshoot it and still cannot hear anyone. It connects to my device but that is all is doing.

I have only used a few times and so far so good. Fitting is sometimes problematic. Good product.

I have had 2 of these and I do like them, they could be a little louder for in a big truck. But I do like the option of behind the head so you can wear your hard hat or any hat with them. I usually get about 2 years of use out of them.Thanx

Purchased to replace an older Parrot Bluetooth that lasted over 2 years. To say I'm disappointed is an understatement!! The charge last less than 3 hrs and the volume is not the best either. I would not suggest purchasing this headset!! I should have read the previous reviews!!

I like the three attachments. The noise cancellation is pretty good, but not great. It dampens the background sounds but does not eliminate them.It fits well and functions well.I wish the battery life could last a full work day, but it only last about 6 hours. However, it charges full in only 3.5 hours.I wish the volume was louder, especially since this bluetooth device is designed specifically to be used in noisey environments. I drive a 4x4 passenger truck and I can't hear half the people with whom I speak on this device because the volume is not that loud.All in all, it is better than anything else (except full headset devices). Just don't expect to hear the other party, if you are in a noisy environment.
