It appears the sellers listed on this ad are not responding to your question. We are not listed as a seller on this particular ad but we do offer the same product. According to Carlisle Tires, part number 5193181 is just listed ad a 4.80-8, 6 ply tire. Rim width listed is 3.75, rated load is 760 pounds, suggested psi is 90 pounds. The only other measurement they give on this one is the mounted diameter of the tire which is 16.32 inches but the do not list the wheel diameter needed. Let us know if we can ever help you. You have assumed wrong. I bought 2 tires that is what I got. No rims. When you buy tires and rims that is how they are listed. Price will usually help out also.
