They are easier to clean than the ones that came with frier. The non-stick coating also stays on longer too! I use my fryer everyday.

Better than out of the box
The single tray out of the box was very difficult to clean because it was designed with a fan symbol on the base. Making it very difficult to deal with. These from Amazon give you two which is very helpful if you're in a rush to clean and have another one on standby or as an extra drip tray for something on top you don't want touching below and it's flat so it's very easy to clean and scrape off food grease. A very good buy in my opinion.
