it is plenty bright, outlets on base very convenient, and uses little power on its lowest setting. I leave it on 24/7

Nothing will charge cause the plug-ins won’t stay in it

Great lamp BUT the lamp shade is flimsy. I can’t get it to tighten up so if you touch it will move. It’s not steady at all and annoying that the lamp shade does that. Might need to look for another lamp shade

I love this lamp, it is just what I was looking for. As long as I can remember I have always had a touch lamp on my night table beside my bed, it came in handy for a lot of times when I could not find my light switch, and was in need of a quick and easy solution. Well the old lamp finally died on me and I went out to a local store and purchased a cheap corded lamp to take it's place. BAD IDEA. Every time I would reach for the switch on it, at night, I would knock it over, so in the goodwill box it went. My sister and I are always here at Amazon to shop, and they usually always have what I need or want. We saw this lamp, and I ordered it pronto. I am in love with it. So simple to put together, came with everything, and no more searching for light at night and knocking over anything. I am a little concerned about finding a replacement bulb for it, the bulb it came with I have not seen before, but my sister assured me she has seen this bulb before. Other than that this lamp is Fantastic. I use it everytime I need my medications at night, or a trip to the bathroom, even used it to find my cat in the hallway, So easy to use, has 3 light settings for bright, brighter, brightest, and works everytime.

This lamp was purchased for a small night stand in a nursing home. The 93 yr old resident thought it was a "great find" as it was easy to assemble, produced a big light (LED) and was a space saver when space is limited. She appreciated the ease of the dimmable touch and the ability to charge her phone using the outlet on the base. I was surprised by the amount of praise this usually quiet person had for the gift! The style is institutional and would be perfect for a college dorm room.
