I like the size. Perfect for a frozen pizza in my Breville oven. Not a very high quality product though. The enclosed directions indicate it needs frequent treatings to prevent rust.

Works great a a drip pan

No problems with cleaning or seasoning or sticking. I cook pizza at 550F. I hand clean with soap and warm water. No dishwasher.These aluminum pans cook a little more slowly than the perforated/air pans - however they do cook more evenly since there is full contact. So the trick to getting a crispy crust with these is to pre-heat the pan well before transferring your dough, which can be tricky. 8 mins if your oven is a stable 550F should be more than enough. It take experimentation to get a cooked bottom crust without burning the top.Personally I think there is a little more room for error with the perforated pans, but you get the little circles on the bottom which is not as cool looking. But with patience and process this Winco pan is well made and will last and produce a beautiful pizza once you figure out the formula for your own oven and cook temp and cheese mix.
