Q: What is the inside diameter at the top and the bottom?

Q: Does anyone know what size protective silicone grip would fit on the handle of this pot? Small, Medium, Large?

the handle is just over six inches long by about 3/4 inch wide, if that helps.

Q: What are more complete instructions for seasoning the pan if anyone has been successful at this. Thanks

I have never had to season an aluminum pot, but I understand it's done similarly to cast iron: coat with oil or shortening, & bake it for 15-20 minutes in a pre-heated 400°f oven.
