Echoes of the Dead: A Special Tracking Unit Novel Hardcover – 5 October 2021

The book was in great shape and I got it shipped to me very quickly.

4 guy college friends (all grown up now) go missing on their annual fishing trip but which one is the actual target? "Steps" and his partner Jimmy Donavan have a sick and violent killer to catch and hopefully to try and save the men in time. Steps and his special ability race against the clock. Mr. Kope takes you on a whirlwind trip with twists and turns you did not see coming. There are parts that are pretty gruesome in detail but it enhances the story and the killer. I absolutely love this series and you will not be disappointed. Mr. Kope is it too early to ask when the next Steps book will be out? Tomorrow works for me!

Kope is a great writer and has extensive knowledge of the crime fighting world. I have LOVED this unique series. Adding the mystical element of Steps' "shine" is a completely new twist on the regular detective novel that I have really enjoyed. It makes the series so mesmerizing.

Spencer does an excellent job writing and includes some factual writing in his fiction books. Start with the first book in the series and continue on reading the collection.

I have read all four books and have not been disappointed. Author keeps your interest and uses real life information. I have already recommended these books to friends and family
