The spanner provided was too big. Couldn't tighten the bolts
Spanner too big for bolts. Two pre drilled holes in chair not long enough for screws provided. Apart from that it isn't that bad for the money.

Luckily the goods were fine. But Hermes delivered the parcel in the state above. They hid the damage from my partner at the door, I love Amazon, but dread when Hermes are used
