Beautifully detailed treasure box, I love the inlaid ginkgo leaves. It slides open and closed perfectly with precision fit. I’m using it as a pillbox, it fits 34 or more large pills. I used a tablespoon to show size comparison in the photos. This was a gift for my husband and he was impressed with it, he is a woodworker also and he was also happy it is made in the USA by in artisan. I have to take a tablet and pill daily. I wanted a wooden pillbox with a little extra room and this was perfect. I was able to fit 30 days worth no problem!

Little to deep.

These are not pocket pill boxes, Perhaps if you need to carry a lot of pills in a purse, backpack or something. I ordered 3 different ones, and all are NOT pocket friendly.I believe the site descriptions could be a lot better. Amazon does not care what vendors put up. So be careful what you order.They are very well crafted and the wood and fit of the sliding lid are very nice.
