Defective chair
I was not going to write a review but today my mom had a terrible experience with this chair. Unfortunately the chair has a defect here the seat opening in the front doesn’t have a guard. Somehow my mom’s leg got caught inside the opening then her whole body started slipping in. It was a nightmare! We had to call rescue to try to dislodge my mother from the position she was stuck in. The literally had to use big plyers to break the chair. Thank God my mom did not fracture her hip but she is pretty bruised up from what happened. I ended up going to ER to make sure she was ok.. :::don’t recommend this chair to anyone for safety reasons...

Well engineered product with high quality components.
This is not a cheap seat with casters. Chair is well designed and can be taken apart with minimal tool. Main use is for transporting my 95 yr old father to the shower. Seat is very sturdy and secure. Should last many years as all components are stainless steel, including the heavy duty casters. Definitively worth its price.

Under-Secured Toilet Bucket
The bucket is not fully secured. It tends to slip off from underneath.

Way better than the pvc ones
Nice sturdy shower chair. Rolls very nicely. Foot rest need to come out farther for people who cannot bend there knees that far.

Comfortable back
Opted for this chair over the Duro-Med shower chair as the back was more comfortable.
