Yoga: The Iyengar Way by Silva Mehta (1990-04-12)

I am giving 2 stars as a kind of midway point. I have seen the physical version of this book and it is informative and useful so I'd give 4-5 stars for the information. However I bought the kindle version and the formatting is so bad to almost make the book useless.

Just the book I was looking for for when my yoga class discontinues for the Winter and I will try to continue on my own. I would recommend it for this type of yoga.

Book in good condition and was exactly what I wanted

I kept waiting for the punch line. This is a horrible book. Author keeps rambling about very negative supposed aspects of yoga. What do lobotamies have to do with Yoga? Worse part is this is not the book I ordered. Good news is Amazon does offer 7 day refund policy for downloads.

I think the book would be better if it were hand held. As a kindle version there are no pictures or diagrams. Thought they would be in the kindle version but they were not.
