I don't like microfiber texture--any rough/dry patches on your hands can feel like they snag. But I love microfiber absorbency. When I splash water all around my sink or want to dry the dishes I just washed, these are PERFECT. I could spend five minutes spreading water around with my cotton dish rags, or I can do one swipe with these guys and get all the water. And they dry quickly, too. Is it too much to say that a dish towel has changed my entire experience in the kitchen? I'll keep my cotton towels around as backups, but these are the main event now. They're cute, too. Look nice with my all white cabinets and appliances.

I got the towel b/c of the high reviews and the need for a nice absorbent kitchen dish towel. I was sourly disappointment with the Sham Wow Orange Towels for those that remember. Did not work. This however was such a great surprise and did not disappoint. My requirement is that it needs to be soft, absorb water and not leave water streaks. This towel does just that. It's easy to wipe and not bulky after soaked in water. I would purchase again. In fact, I'm thinking of getting different colors for the bathroom cleaning and other parts of the house.

I like the size of these towels, they do a great job of drying my dishes and wiping the counter. Great all around towels. The reason they got 4 instead of 5 stars is you don't won't to use them to pull something out of the oven or grab a cast iron skillet. They will melt!

The description of this product is not false, These are ultra absorbent and dries dishes with ease. They are quite clingy when they come out of the dryer. Make sure to check before using if you are washing your delicates with them or else you'll be drying your hands and dishes with much more than just these towels.

I have purchased so many towels for kitchen use that have been so useless as they don't absorb anything. 90% of the time I'm using the towel to dry my hands in the towels are not effective. These towels are so soft and so absorbent they fit the bill. They also seem to dry much more quickly than other towels.I would highly recommend them and I'm sure I will be purchasing another set at some point.

These are basically micrfiber, which I hate. Though they are soft, they still snag on my hands, which is about as comfortable as chewing on aluminum foil. They are also a terrycloth weave, I use a flat weave for dish towels, so using these for dishes would get a little confusing.I do have to say, they do absorb more water than the flat weave, so if you are drying a lot of dishes, these are the ones to get. Sometimes, if I am doing several batches of dishes, I will end up using two or three flat weave towels. These particular towels do not leave lint, as most terrycloth towels usually do. They did not shrink much in the wash. They are a blend, though, so I don't know if they will pill after awhile, but they do seem like they will last long.I am going to relegate these for other jobs around the house. Maybe for my Swiffer, maybe my son will use them to dry his car. But they feel too microfibery to use as dish or hand towels.

Excellent value for the money.

I'm very happy with both the size and absorbency of these towels! Our old kitchen towels were just moving the water around instead of soaking it pu. I was a little worried at first that these would be the same way, but so far they have been great!! We've even washed them a few times and they seem to be keeping their ability to absorb. We've only had them a few weeks, but if they maintain their thickness, I think we'll be very happy with them!
