I truly like this shower system. Upon opening and taking out the parts I noticed that the quality is very good and the finish is flawless. They have some heft to them as well. Although have only installed the system less than a month ago, I expect that the finish will stand up, but they are a spot magnet. If that changes, will provide an update. Word of caution: unless you're a plumber or good at plumbing and math, have a pro install as it is not for a novice DIYer. Not sure if it an inherant problem or something loose, but when on the sprayer, the overhead drips a little. Will contact customer service.As for customer service:I always get spare cartridges for when they fail, and they will. I looked all over their website and found nothing. I reached out to customer service and they responded the same day! Claudia was the rep that helped me and she was SUPER helpful. The shipping cost quite a bit, but overall the cost for the spare parts was reasonable. Give her and CS 5 stars!This system is a great upgrade from what I previously had and at a fraction of the cost of other name brand systems.

The look and feel of the set is amazing. I'm sure it's difficult to find a perfect paint finish but the finish is easily scratched (just when we were installing and did ao carefully) so I'm not sure in the long term how well it will look. But the design is gorgeous and I'm very pleased with it!

This faucet and control were exactly what I was looking for. 4 years ago I remodeled my bathroom with items from Lowe’s and Minards. The faucet from Lowe’s was a Kollar and absolutely worthless. After replacing it twice I found out that Kollar supplies these stores with a lower quality brand product. I went looking for another tub faucet and water control to replace the Kollar. The desire was to get a controller that was able to regulate the amount of water flow as well as the temperature. My first mistake was when getting the Kollar I didn’t get one that could give me a small amount of water into the tub.This Sumerain set was perfect for what I needed. The plumber didn’t have any trouble installing it. My wall has an access behind the tube so he could get to the pipes. Although The rain shower head that came with the set was nice looking and I liked the angle with the extension pipe, it was not installed. I liked the adjustable pressure head I currently have and decided to keep it.This has been installed for about 4 weeks and all looks great. Because of my troubles with the Kollar I am watching the Sumerain very closely for any problems. I will let you know how well it is doing after a year.

I expected to love this set. It looked really pretty in the pictures, and it’s a little bit more costly than some of the other imported fixtures. However, I am just tickled pink with how beautiful this is in person. I know this sounds odd but it is both delicate and substantial at the same time. It’s super solid and it just screams expensive. I cannot think of a single thing they could’ve done that would’ve made me happier with this purchase. It’s really beautiful

The warning pamphet is the first thing that I saw when opening the box. It doesn't believe me. There is also an instruction booklet that fortunately has diagrams, that is actually very helpful. The fixtures themselves are very nice and heavy duty materials. The design seems to be popular right now, I've seen this style in many places. Overall it is a good product.
