To say that I am disappointed would be an understatement. I'm so glad I did not buy this for full price on the website. I was expecting a vibrant beautiful sparkling case based on the image that they use for example. When I open the box imagine my surprise to see that the image on the case is just printed. There is no Sparkle there is no vibrancy. It looks like it was printed on colored paper and then stretched over a plastic phone case. So incredibly disappointing. I would never recommend this product.

First off, absolutely stunning and beautiful. Secondly the packaging is lovely as well. It will however take a bit of time to come to the US but I promise it is so so worth the wait! They are very helpful and kind with any questions you may have! I am so pleased by my case. I will come back later to update on durability. But as of now it seems amazing. Best case I have had so far and fits my phone perfectly 🥰I am so pleased thank you burga! UPDATE: best case I have owned. Still looks brand new. And I've dropped my phone multiple times and nothing happens thanks to how well the case protects my phone. The only reason I would buy a new one would be because they're beautiful and I want to switch up the look a Lil bit. So with that being said I highly recommend this case. Especially if you're clumsy like myself. Nothing has protected my phone better.

I would have given this a 5 except for the fact that the volume button is really hard to engage because the case is so thick, the buttons are almost flush with the case. My husband did a modification to make it a little easier but it would be great if the maker of these cases would modify them so the buttons protrude a bit more.

I wrote a review for the BURGA cases previously when I had a Galaxy S10+. I just recently got a Galaxy Note 20 Ultra and ran right to BURGA for a new case. They're great quality, nice designs and I feel like my phone is safe. I dropped my new phone for the first time the other day and not a crack or chip on my phone or the case. Love this company and may buy more just to change out colors for different outfits I wear :)
