Load reduction

It seems to be a good spring but I bought it to go with a trailer hitch chair mount for my truck. The mount is not tall enough for me to be able to use the spring without the chail being too low. That is not the fault of the spring, I should have done a bit more research before making the purchase.

I purchased this spring to use with a large indoor hammock chair and it has been working very well. I would estimate the load it carries when the chair is occupied is between 200 and 220 pounds. I've had it put up in my bedroom for two weeks now and the spring shows no wear or signs of stretching. I use the hammock frequently and sometimes sit in it for a couple hours.If you are thinking of doing a similar set up this was a really nice height hanging from my 8' ceiling with no additional chain.Below are the Hanger and Hammock Chair I use with this spring. I haven't been able to attach this to my C frame yet, but it has the build quality I was looking for. It is a very solid build, strong metal, and I know once I'm able to use it, I'll love it even more.

They include this spring as the item to buy along with most of the hammocks for sale on Amazon. It is expensive compared to some of the other springs you can probably pick up at Lowe's or Home Depot, but it is worth it. The spring itself is sturdy, strong, and certainly capable of holding up the weight of an adult male. I do recommend picking up an S hook as well because the hook on the spring does not really fit around the hammock loops. The hook is small and will start wearing at the ropes if you don't get an S hook to act as the middle piece between the spring and the hammock rope.

Well worth the cost and works beautifully with the hammock! I liked it so much that I bought a second one so I could move the chair inside on the screened in porch during inclement weather.

I used these springs to replace the hanging hardware for my suspended chaise loungers. BINGO. They are perfect with just the right amount bounce and swing. Love them. I weigh over 200 lbs and they suspended beautifully. Included pics.

Sturdy and comfy sprint. If purchasing for Hammaka Suelo C stand, keep in mind that it's adding 8-10 inches of length to your chair. You will want a short-ish style chair or your booty will hit the bottom of the stand.
