Mojo(10 yo morkie) hates his nails to be trimmed or buffed. He will growl and snap when he sees the trimmers or nail file. Once I put on the gloves, he tried to snap at me and bit the glove. I could hear him thinking - that’s not going to work anymore. He became submissive and I finished my job. I later found out they use gloves with him at the groomers. I guess the poor boy knew he was defeated after one bite. I didn’t feel a thing. They are very study. I let the pair air out after unpacking due to the strong leather odor.I wish I would have bought these years ago.

I bought these to play with my dog. a kind of wrestle slash let him fight me, they are excellent for my purpose. they are not pressure resistant!! It might hurt or definitely feel pressure.. but I do not get torn up playing with him my dog is 90 lbs

These gloves did little to protect me in a serious animal handling situation with aggressive attacks. On more than one occasion I used them when trying to get my cat back into our apartment while he was agitated and displaying highly aggressive behavior and they didn't prevent injury. I also got bit by the enemy cat that my cat was battling when I picked it up and tried to stop the fighting. The gloves might have reduced the amount of damage I took, but I still got hurt pretty bad.They work great for less violent situations though.

I use these for all my pets when I bath them. They work great. To dry them just hang them up. I cannot recommend these enough!

These gloves are definitely more than I expected. I ordered them for the dog grooming shop I work at, thicking they would be good for dogs that are difficult to do nail trims on. Turns out unless you have a really large , agressive dog, they are probably too much. They are very heavy and large. Much too big fir my small arms and hands. I would suggest this is probably better suited for animals such as alligators. I don't think we will uncounter any dogs that require gloves such as these. Then again, you never know.

My cat is a rescue. She was outside for years and still doesn't like some things about being inside, such as bathing. She does NOT like being bathed at all, but as we all know, it needs to happen from time to time. These gloves make it so that I can easily handle my cat without being scratched in any way. Bathing her is easier than ever now! These gloves would be awesome for handling any animal with small claws or talons. These gloves are strong, comfortable, and easy to maneuver. Cleaning them was easy as well. Five stars!
