I did not know that these bearings existed, but they are perfect. I am making a rolling shelf to go inside my blind corner cabinet. I will make the base of 1/2 inch plywood, drill a hole for each bearing with a hole saw and set the plywood on top of them. They won't be able to come out, and the shelf will roll in and out easily, so I can pull it forward and access things in the back of the cabinet without having to practically crawl inside the cabinet.Much cheaper than a lazy susan cabinet, and less wasted space, too!

perfekt

They work the are just as you would imagine. They roll side to side left to right forward and backwards
