The chair came exactly as pictured. We did have an issue when it came to assembling it because a couple of the screw holes were misaligned. I reached out to the seller they responded quickly and were very helpful in resolving the problem.

Just as I see on many of the Office chair listings on Amazon, they misrepresent the material of the chair. The listing states PU leather. The material is actually "Bonded Leather" which is very different then PU/Faux leather. Bonded leather is a very thin layer of compressed leather bonded to the material. If you ever had a chair where the outer layer started peeling off, that is bonded leather. A true PU leather will not peel off. So buyer beware of what you truly are buying. Update 1/26/2023: The chair is ready for the trash. the gas shock will not hold me up any more. Now I will be buying a good quality chair today. I should have paid more in the first place.

These chairs look like they should be nice, comfy and supportive. Which they would be, if they were aligned correctly - which they are not. We purchased 2, and both have the exact problem. They are crooked! The seats/backrests are slanted visibly to the left of the user, so none of the support in the back lines up right. Unfortunately you can't tell they are messed up until after they are fully assembled, so we are now stuck with them.

Very disappointed, bought this as Christmas gift and didn’t last a month , chair was lopsided . Find out wood under seat broke 😞my husband weights 220lbs. I bought cheaper chairs in past and lasted many years 😞. I rate ZERO to this product . Do not waste your money
