1 year and still perfect!
The media could not be loaded. Use it daily and a year later it’s still working perfectly fine. Very responsive with a light press.

No instructions
I'm handy so it was no issue, but the product had no instructions. Dealing with electricity, if you aren't sure what you are doing, hire someone to install this product. This is a value product. Interested to see how long the finish lasts, but the construction is solid.

Unbelievable awesomeness
When my husband got this installed for me, I couldn't be happier. Sooooo much easier to use, than having to reach, with wet hands for an electrical switch on the wall. This is a MUST HAVE, absolutely LOVE IT

Been working well
I got this a few months ago and it's still working great! I always hated that soap pump and this is the perfect replacement for that!

Sparks-Tripped breaker-Dead Power Supply
The box was a little generic and worn but I wanted what was in the box. I opened it and everything looked new and in good shape. It was packed well but there weren't any instructions or paperwork of any kind. OK, this isn't rocket science. Connect the hose from the switch to the transformer. Plug the transformer into an outlet. Plug the disposal into the transformer. Push the switch. Sparks and a pop, then nothing. I reset the breaker and tried again but it was clearly dead. I unplugged the transformer and plugged the disposal directly into the house outlet. Worked as it should.I'm not sure what caused the short inside the transformer but I won't be getting a replacement. It really is a fire hazard and I hope the one I got was the exception. I can't recommend it.
