don't know. it comes with an 18V 500ma power supply. and it works well.

is their any difference from the m108 black

Yes there is a difference. The new aluminum box with blue LEDs has much lower noise than the black box with red LEDs. The blue LEDs are also much brighter than the red ones. You can read about these upgrades on the MXR website.

What is input voltage of power supply? Our country only use 220volts ac.

How is this EQ for use with bass guitar?

I don't use mine on a bass, so can't help you with that. I use mine on a fiddle. When I was originally using a Fender Blues Junior the EQ worked great. I've since bought a Fishman and I'm not using the EQ any more.
