Work fine.
They were smaller than I'd pictured them. They do, however hold the cord to my roman shades just fine and the cat no longer thinks they're his personal toy. I used command strip to put them up. Maybe that will work and if not then there will be a need for anchors and screws.

Buy your own screws to install
I'm only giving it 3 stars because the screws included in the packaging were so thin and soft that they stripped out with one turn of the screw driver. The hooks worked fine once I bought screws that could actually be used to install.

Perfect Solution to Securing Blind Strings
I bought the Childprotech #310 Window Blind Cord Wrap (4 Pack) (also known as cord cleats) to secure the blind strings after moving into a new home. We adopted a new kitten & the kitten loves to play with the blind strings. This behavior was annoying, but little did I know how DANGEROUS his playing with the blind strings was. I became frightened and alarmed when after hearing my kitten crying one day, I found him in our den hanging upside down by the blind cord. Both of his back feet were wrapped tight in the blind cord and he could not get loose. Thank goodness I was home to come to his rescue. After this incident, I knew I needed a quick solution to the blind strings hanging in almost every window in our house. After an internet search, I purchased the Childprotech #310 Window Blind Cord Wrap (4 Pack) because they were the best value, and the bonus was they are in a 4 pack. The blind cord wraps arrived in less than a week. They are clear plastic which blends in with the wood (painted or stained) on the side of the window. I was happy this set has 2 screws per cleat for greater stability when screwed into the frame. They were incredibly easy to install, and I installed these blind cord wraps in 15 windows in less than an hour. The hardest part was deciding at which height to mount the cleats, then all I had to do was measure each window to place the cord wrap in the same position on each window and screw in the cleat. I then wrapped the cord & the job was done. No longer do I need to worry about my little cat getting tangled up in the blind cords. :)The printed instructions on the package reads:"The blind cord wrap keeps potentially dangerous excess cord out of child's reach.TO INSTALL:1. Mount the blind cord wrap on window frame or wall next to the window on the side where the cords hang. Be sure to position blind cord wrap high enough so as to be out of child's reach.2. Wrap excess cord around the blind cord wrap. This product is only a deterrent and should not be substituted for proper adult supervision.[...].

Get Your Own Screws...
The clear plastic part of the wrap seems functional, but the screws included with this product are bizarrely weak. Three screws sheared off while I was trying to screw them in, even though I'd drilled pilot holes and was working slowly with a hand-held screwdriver. Getting sheared screws out of your wooden window frame is a major pain. Plus the screws were an inch long - twice what they needed to be to get the job done.Get your own screws and save yourself some hassle.

Three Stars
Wish I could find them in brass, and not at an astronomically high price.

Sometimes simpler really is better
These are great, I used them to keep the blinds cord away from my crawling/soon to be walking baby. Just MAKE SURE other people in your household/visitors know how to use them correctly if they are touching your windows. The whole point is to keep the cord (and possibility of cord making a loop) away from a baby who can hang themselves in it. Won't work if you just tie the middle of the cord around them and leave the rest to dangle down... Anyway you want to mount these fairly high, you will have to tie/re-tie each time you open or close your blinds which is not a big deal since you only have to wrap cord a few times around these. I do a "figure 8" pattern. When done make sure your baby (or pet) can not reach the cord even on tippie toes or standing on something. Most IMPORTANT thing is to keep blind cords AWAY from cribs. These should help with that too. A few dollar for a 4-pack is great. Mounts within a minute, anyone can do it. Very sturdy. I'm pleased.

works great
This product does just what it's supposed to! We did not want to put screws in our trim or walls, however, so we did buy some tacky sticky stuff to hold them on the wall. I wish it would have came with that vs. the screws.
