Love Them!!!
Gorgeous!!! Quality was good... but I should have added more glue to the feathers mainly because I wore them to NYC pride with millions of people hitting them. I received too many compliments to keep track of! They’re beautiful & would totally purchase again!

Shake your Parrot Tail Feather
Yes they have a cardboard inside and are made from feathers - a lightweight and effective costume element - fine for the price - pretty. I needed something to make me look like a parrot that was not totally ridiculous or restrictive.
