YOU CAN'T HIDE an absolutely gripping killer thriller with a huge twist (Detective Ray Paterson crime thrillers Book 4)

Despite being, a fast paced adventure from start to finish. For me, this lacked something, the earlier books had. It would be helpful, to be familiar with the other novels, before trying this.We now come to book four, in the adventures of Detective Superintendent Ray Paterson and his trusted partner Detective Inspector John Clocks. Or “Timex” as he is better known. He, has not been referred to as that particular brand of wristwatch for a while. Could it return this time?This dynamic duo were last reported to be heading off to the United States with recently retired senior police officer Wallace Young. Also with them, is Lyndsey Mullins. An elite markswoman from the SO19 unit of the Metropolitan Police. She is John Clocks love interest. They are going there to apprehend, the evil east end gangster Albert Tanner.On arrival in New York. To say things go with a bang is an understatement. The FBI and the NYPD, certainly have their work cut out in keeping the peace with a bunch of limeys on the loose in the big apple.

It's a credit to how well written these books are when I tell you I read them out of order, and isn't feel that anything is out of place.Meet Paterson and Clocks two do the right thing coppers that would fit quite easily into the world of Regan and Carter. Perhaps they have a look of the flying squad running in their viens.Book four finds the team over in the USA, chasing down nasty Golan from the burning men.That's all I am,saying on the story as I greatly recommend reading the four books in order.To a crime/police drama fan all four books will not disapoint.

Another in the Patterson and Johnny Clocks series. Fast Paced, full humour and one liners. This is the fourth book in the series but can be read as a stand alone. Saying that I am sure that once you have read this book you will want to search out the rest of this series. To find out how this unusual partnership began. I have loved every book in this series & tried my best to wait patiently for the next book to come out. Love the characters, love the writing style & love the author. Eagerly awaiting the next book. Please tell me it will be released soon? Ray Patterson & Jonny Clocks, can't possibly be responsible for what was said in the final page??? These two are amazing, the sort of blokes I wish I knew.

Another fantastic book by Steve, what an ending, Paterson & Clocks are still chasing Albert Tanner, The Burning Man, the FBI are now involved as he’s fled to USA, the trip starts with a bang, this book had me gripped from the first chapter, these books are definitely a must read, can’t wait for the next one, 5***** all the way

Another excellent story from the mind of Steve Parker. Ray Patterson and Johnny Clocks take to New York in this "gripping from the start" book. Patterson and clocks will have you rooting for them, with quite a few smiles on the way! Make sure you have the complete series 👍 looking forward to the next instalment👍👍

From the UK to the USAA, Ray and John endeavour to work with the FBI as they chase an old enemy, but not everything goes according to plan - mainly because they will insist on doing their own thing and not telling their colleagues. Great read.

This is another thrilling page turner from Steve Parker in the Patterson and Clocks series,and I'm hooked. Twists and turns in every chapter and a totally unexpected twist at the end. Can't wait for the next book.
