Huge time saver with minimal dust/mess.
Set this up centered on a 12’ table with backstop. Huge time saver cutting a few hundred 8” siding runs. Cuts were rougher than a saw blade but straight. I flash & caulk all joints anyway so those are not noticeable. Blade peelings are a mess after a days cutting but not even close to the dust created by a saw. For the cost, wish I had bought this years ago.

Dust free cuts!
Great tool, clean cuts, no noise or dust! Waiting for the miter version to exist.I saw some reviews that said the cuts were frayed but I took a risk and found that to be nonsense. The toolIs still new but even after two days of continuous use our cuts were clean and sharp.Eastaustincarpenters.com

Needs a better handle
I like the way it cut but the handle is too small and way too hard on your hand for using it all day. They need to make it more comfortable. Overall it is a great tool!

Time saver
Works great, saves a huge amount of time, no dust, easy cleanup, clean cuts. Does take some strength but the support bar helps!! Best bolted to a surface. We added holes to do that.

Worth the effort and the price.
Easy to use, carry and with smooth clean cuts. Does need a little bicep effort but easy enough for my wife to use. Great price too. I've used it on a two story barn project and never had an issue. Plan on using on the house siding next.

A time saver. Easier and faster than a circular saw.
The cutter easily cuts Hardy with no dust. I only wish they had made it just 1/4”wider so they would slide easier but it is not that hard. Can’t do angles. Perpendicular cuts only.

I had no idea cutting hardie board could be this easy and dust free!
I have been wanting to make a little video or take photos of this thing in action - it is unusualy in how it cuts - it's not sharp at all, but it crushes the board down a very controllable line. I can get more exact cuts with this than with a concrete cutting saw blade. Zero dust in the air. I also figured out how to cut angles with it.

Fiber Cement Siding Guillotine
This is the best investment I have ever made to cut Hardie siding . Clean cuts and very fast. I have been a trim Carpenterfor more than 40 years and can't get over how killer this tool is . I give this tool a 10 all day long
