Highly recommend, quality.
I have a battery of mixers , usually working with my commercial 20 Qt stainless Hobart mixer , yet sometimes I need something smaller and my 7 qt Ankarsrum mixer or my KitchenAide 6 qt fills in. Yet this 8 Qt commercial is a blessing and I am so happy I added it to my batterie de cuisine! It does the smaller batches perfectly! As a pastry chef, I highly recommend.

Great replacement bowl
This replacement bowl works great. Has deep sides that works great when making bread to keep flour from flying. Fits my kitchen aid lift bowl perfectly.

Good Quality
The description here and at the kitchenaid website both state that this bowl will not fit the 5.5 qt bowl-lift mixer model KSM55. I bought it before I read that and planned on returning it when it arrived. I'm happy to say that it does fit that mixer. I attached it and raised it up and ran the machine. It works perfectly.

Glad To Have It
Although a bit expensive, I'm glad I invested. When baking I need 2 - one for cake and one for icing or meal prep I'm doing at the same time (I don't wash anything by hand) This bowl is higher than my other so it prevents the flour blow-out I get on the shorter bowl. Recommend without reservation

it fits the mixer
I got this as an extra for my mixer and it is a factory mixer bowl. it seems lighter built than my old 6 quart bowls but should be fine.

El equipo original de la unidad tiene solamente un "bowl" o recipiente; en ocasiones, había que esperar a terminar un proceso con éste, lavarlo y secarlo, para poder comenzar otro proceso; con una segunda unidad, esto ya no es necesario y se pueden hacer dos procesos al mismo tiempo.
