It burns
It does have pretty good staying power but it burns. I've felt the temporary burn from most of the cheaper lubes I've used, but this burn just lingers. What happened? My husband and I used to use Jo all the time, and it was never like this.

Water based advertised, silicone based delivered instead...
I love this product, but I ordered the water based and was shipped the silicone based instead? It is basically unusable and even hurts. It stains graments too. How can I contact buyer to get the correct product? Thank you.

Not as pictured
We received the silicone based lube instead of the water-based that is in the photo. Can not return lube so we own one that we will not use. Product is fine, just not preferred.
