Fantastic phone
My old Cubot phone screen was going caput, saw this Samsung this is my first Samsung Galaxy, once you take of the software that you don't use it's fantastic phone for the price and features, the battery lasts ages, the screen resolution is good and one of the best features is the power button which doubles up as a finger print reader, once you log on for the day with your pass word, one touch of the fingerprint reader unlocks the phone instantly, the only fiddly thing was installing the nano sim and the SD card I installed a 128Gb micro SD card, + apparently you will get 3 years software updates. Great phone for the price and a named brand Samsung Oh and mine came with a pair of headphones

Good Quality Fast Mid Range SmartPhone
I bought this phone because I needed a SIM free smartphone after years of using PAYG mobiles just to perform the basics such as receiving voice calls. I did literally compare many manufacturers' phones such as Google, Apple, Nokia, Sony, LG, Motorola.....the list goes on, trying to determine exactly why some were £1,000+ and some were £100-£200, £200-£300 etc. and everything in between. So obviously it all came down to the high end must have latest phones, whether 5G was supported, camera resolutions, larger memory for apps and processor speed which made up the main differences between the price bands. I decided what I did and didn't want to pay for in terms of features that I'd make use of and started comparing all the phones with at least a 48MP camera and decent 5000mAh battery sizes and ended up comparing the Samsung A12 and M12 and concluded after visiting many comparison sites that the M12 was a slightly later model having been released a few months after the A12 with different CPU(s) and GPU. So my search coincided with Black Friday, and following the link of "where to buy" from the Samsung website, ended up with a decent discount paying £99 in the end for the 64Gb version, so it's worth waiting for those sales unless you're in a rush. So the phone is everything I'd hoped for, its responsive, has decent security features as it lets you put a PIN number on the sim card also, and for the purposes of this review I can say that it can play YouTube videos in 1080p 60 fps and videos from the BBC News App without stuttering. Gmail, Google maps (with streetview) moves along at the same rate as a desktop computer does, WhatsApp, banking apps, shopping apps all run fine without incident as expected. I'm not going to be playing any mobile games or anything like that on it as I have a 10 inch tablet and desktop PC for that kind of use, so can't comment upon that capability, but didn't find anything that taxed it at all in the list above. I've not used either the facial recognition or fingerprint reader to unlock the phone as I'd rather use the PIN code feature, but it does come with the ability to recognise secure locations i.e. your home, such that once unlocked for the day, a simple swipe will get it off of standby without requiring the PIN to be reentered, which is useful. It has the ability to specify whether apps use wi-fi only or data from the SIM card's tariff. I'm not sure if that is a general Android feature or a Samsung one, but it's useful nonetheless, as why use your mobile data limit when you're at home within range of your own wi-fi network? which is probably on an "unlimited" data tariff, allowing you to call or whatsApp someone without using any mobile tariff data limit which can then be used when away from home. It comes with an approx 32 inch long USB charging cable + plug, although I just charge it from the computer via that USB cable, and also a hands free ear buds type connector. I guess not so long ago, this phone was the top of the range £1,000+ must have phone, so buyers just have to decide what features they're willing to pay for and how much those features are worth to them, be it for status purposes or because they're on their phones literally 6 hours+ per day, recording, taking high res selfies ;-) and doing all sorts of things that the latest phones excel at. Personally, I work in IT and use a computer all day long for software development, such that its worth my while spending many thousands of pounds on a high end computer with the latest CPU and GPU as it saves me time, is pleasant to use, lets me do more things, and I know I'll be making use of all that tech that the money has bought, however with a phone, that is not the case for me, I just need the functionality I've listed above. Having said that this phone has actually exceeded my expectations in that it does everything I require with no stuttering, slowdown or any irritating features or issues, such that I can recommend it.

Nothing budget but the price
Excellent mobile. Camera is stunning. Fast enough for everything I need. Some pain transferring over, but fine now.

Almost good
This phone is almost perfect. I ordered one and it had an intermittent fault where the touch screen would freeze for up to 5 seconds. I've asked for a replacement and that one is MUCH better. Battery lasted over 24 hours for me using it normally, but as a trade off, the phone is fairly big and heavy. No problem for me, I prefer it that way. It's a decent phone for the money

Great budget phone
Great phone for the money hasn't let me down once in 4 months so far and the battery works for 2 days ... Great ;) Only caution be careful of the courier as mine tried to nick mine on delivery by giving me the box with the cover I bought at the same time (from Amazon) and asked for the security code Amazon gave me for the phone ( so scanned the phone for the code then gave me something else ) then nearly drove away before I noticed he had tried to rob me ... Be careful and check item is what your handing a delivery code over for ..

Top dual sim 64GB
I daily still enjoy the value for money; everybody among family and friends is astonished. I don't used face recognition, but fingerprint reader is almost perfect but location on its on.off switch. My previous J7 had the switch/sensor at front bottom centre , the M12 genius located it on the rightside, narrow edge upper third, a good place for right handed users not using a phone cover. So the print reading may occur to be a bit fiddely at times for all others, minor point though! Summary: highly recommendable value buy.

Inadmissible... J'espère qu'ilbsera licencié
