The item arrived later thanks to the Royal Mail strikes, too late to be installed unfortunately. However, I was impressed with the item itself , which was of excellent quality and exactly as described. Responses following contact with the seller were prompt, polite and very helpful. Really couldn't have asked for more from either the product or the after sales service. No hesitation in recommending either the product, or the seller.

We broke the old shower head when trying to adjust the water stream, and found out that the pipe to connect to the shower head was finished also, full of calcium and other stuff. So we ordered this one (16 inches), longer than the old one (12 inches), which allows us to not stand so close to the wall when showering.I was a bit worried that it would be a little heavy, but it's just fine, does not sag, see the picture. When installing, make sure you use plenty of the Teflon tape (supplied) to prevent leaks. I did not use enough the first time, and had to redo it, there was plenty of tape left to redo it. Very satisfied with this, and the shower head also, bought at the same time, see link below. I am pleased with this extension. It was easy to install and is working well. The finish perfectly matches all the other fixtures in my bathroom. I only wish that I could have kept the original flange (also pictured) so the design would match as well. The threaded part of the extension fits through it but not the pipe. I thought of boring out the original flange, and I might still try that at a later date.
