The passenger side bottom sensor placement is too close to the frame which caused it to break. Works okay after alterations were made.

2005 silverado 4.3 V6. - This product did fit my truck. The passenger side of the transmission crossmember has to be lowered about 3" for the tail end to clear the floor. This is for removal and installation. This product arrived hanging our of the box and poorly packed. It doesn't have studs for the tail pipe, nor does it come with the 2-1/2" muffler clamp needed to seal the joint in the crossover pipe. Replacement took me 7 hrs. Easier to install than removing the oem in one piece. Amazon needs to edit the description header stating " only fits 2.8." this is misleading. This assembly Will NOT fit 2.8 or any of the 60 degree V6's without severe modification. Nor does it fit 2.5 4 cylinders.

The only issue I had was where the driver's side connects to the passenger side y-pipe ,I had to tighten up the ubolt again after the exhaust heated up , the sleeve should be on the y-pipe not driver's side, that way the driver's side should slip inside the sleeve , thanks

does what it needs to do, it was a replacement for the cat's on an 04 Thao. i looked at the reviews and most never stated what they were putting it in so i could not judge if the issues they had were the same as what to look for. more so when it came to fitting, other then that it fit ok could be tighter and and a better bung placement but still did what i needed it for.

Didn't fit had to modify
