The website did not indicate that the thickness of the filament I ordered was 0.95mm, thicker than other comparable lines, and therefore of minimum use, and I wished to change or return. There is a 20% rather than a 10% restocking fee and a 15 day (rather than a 30 day) window. By adding unnecessary impediments to returning unwanted merchandise, I lose about $4.50 and they have forever lost my business.
