Rip Van Wafels Snack Wafels, Honey and Oats, 1.2oz, 16 Count

I recently tried Rip Van Wafels Dutch Caramel Mini Stroopwafels, and they’ve quickly become one of my favorite snacks. The caramel filling is rich and gooey, perfectly balanced between sweet and satisfying without being too overpowering. The waffle layers are crisp on the outside and soft on the inside, giving each bite a delightful texture.The mini size is just right for a quick treat, whether I’m enjoying them with my morning coffee or as an afternoon pick-me-up. They’re also convenient to take on the go, so I can have a delicious snack wherever I am.

A little pricey for the size of box...great for a morning coffee, tea, 2 to 4 hits the spot, low in sugar and taste great..

I was apprehensive on spending that much money on a little cookie, however I have been doing keto for 4 years and I love dessert..just need a lil something sweet after dinner or with my tea. This was amazing for such a tiny cookie, it’s chewy,sweet and very satisfying. I am so glad I bought these,worth every penny.

Had these mini stroopwafels on my list for quite some time and when Amazon reduced the price point on them, it was time to pull the trigger. Not disappointed. Chewy and sweet but with only one gram of sugar per wafel. These will play a role in my continuing efforts to reduce the amount of sugar in my diet. In fact, after receiving my first order, I ordered two more 32-pack boxes. The only minor inconvenience is that when these stroopwafels are described as "mini," that is most certainly the case. Very thin and measuring at about 1.75" in diameter means having to scissor open quite a few individually wrapped wafels before my sweet tooth decides I've had enough.

First, I would like to say that the larger-version wafers are delicious. I was happy to try the smaller ones because of the lower calories and sometimes all you need is a bite or two. Unfortunately, there have been multiple irregularities with the quality. I have had some of the packs only have crumbs in it- it was completely sealed but nothing but a tiny amount of crumbs. Others have looked like the photo I am enclosing- just a portion of the wafer. And no, it didn't break within the package, it was packaged already broken. I assume it has something to do at the facility they are packaged and I wonder if these are seconds being sold on this platform.

As part of my road to getting healthy again, I gave up a lot of carbs and all chocolate. I needed a sugar fix and found these. They are just right for my fix and helped me get weaned off the cravings for sweets. I put them in a large bowl and grab one when I need a fix, which isn't often now. They have just the right amount of sweetness without being overly sweet and causing me to crave more sweetness. They are soft without being gummy. I even surprise my son and dil with a box when they least expect it. I will be buying more when my bowl gets close to empty.

Very tasty! The size is enough to satisfy you and small enough to put in your pocket or purse.

Hm, I didnt notice that I was purchasing Snickerdoodle and not the more traditional stroopwaffle flavor of vanilla caramel. Oh well.Very much cinnamon forward. It is snickerdoodle after all, so not surprised there. Personally prefer these with some coffee. Not something I want to gobble down, so I rather like the small size and individual wrapping.Texture it ok. Light chew, slightly dry. Not all that sweet. Kinda nice for a change. Small disks, individually wrapped. If the wrapping is an issue look for the ones loose in a bag, or go with bigger disk size. Find the option that works for you. Why complain when you know that is what you ordered?I ordered a box of the vanilla caramel and am hoping that those have the taste I am looking for. I will be using those as well as these Snickerdoodle ones as part of a treat themed Christmas gift.
