I’ve started using Cheyenne products since the last ten years (first Cheyenne Hawk) and the quality has been always great. I loved that back in the days you were able to return individual cartridges if they had any manufacturing issues (uneven needle alignment etc.) but I understand that this would have been too much of an operation by now to keep offering this return service.I’ve always love the Cheyenne cartridges and after testing many other manufacturers, it still goes back for me to the good’ol’reliable. I like the addition of the Capillary feature to hold the ink for longer. Personally I would still have both available (the regular and the Capillary cartridges) since the Capillary are great of longer extensive lining projects, but with the disadvantage that it takes significant longer to rinse out the remaining ink, if I want to switch to a lighter tone. Another thing which is not possible for the Capillary, is that you’re not able to easily take off the tip, to open the needles grouping, using a lighter. I’ve tried it and I couldn’t get the tip back on without risking to damage the needles. Hence why I’d just buy a set of Capillary and the classic ones as well, so you can determine project by project which one is your best choice for the job - either the convenience of keeping the ink stored longer in the tip or if you like to rinse and open needle the group.

These are worth the money if you’re doing quality work

So far each one seems to be faulty while I practice, bounces every where no matter what adjustment or angle I’m pulling or pushing at, I know it’s a good brand I hoping this isn’t a fake/knock off

For being a premium brand I expected premium quality. I have went through 10 in the box so far and 7 of them completely fell apart. 3 of the 7 the tips fell off leaving the needle entirely exposed and the other 4 the tips separated in half slitely letting ink pour out. Wont buy again.

The price is high and the quality is high. I don't know if these are fakes or what but they don't stay in my machine. They pop out during use, but if you hold it just right it works and you can feel the quality difference. I contacted the company and they just said for their machines they work fine.
