O livro é excelente, mas o produto chegou extremamente danificado, com aparência de velho e sujo. Um grande desgosto receber nesse estado um livro tão caro.

I work as a Senior Paralegal handling all manner of corporate governance issues for a major electric utility company, and this book has been an invaluable addition to my legal reference library, particularly when I have to develop standard operating procedures for various tasks within my department, and train others on the legal basis and timing of these tasks.

I bought it for my son who’s studying law. It has everything he needs and much, much more. It’s truly a huge thick book crammed to the brim with everything a Corporate Lawyer would ever need in a lifetime. This is one of those books that will be constantly used as a reference over and over again in the future, well after his studies have finished. The book arrived damaged through after being badly packed by Amazon packers. This was however, sorted out instantly by the fabulous Amazon Help Team. All in all I’m extremely happy with my purchase and so is my son.
