Great quality better than any of the others I've had in past would highly recommend it.

This thing kind of rocks! Wasn't really sure what to expect from this, a ball tied to your head with elastic, but it's actually pretty fun (though you will look and feel like the pole in the middle of swing-ball set wearing it).It doesn't take very long to start getting the hang of it. And it's not a bad little mild workout. And if you don't wear the included hand-wraps, it's definitely gonna toughen up your knuckles somewhat. Seems well-made too, early days, but I've put it through its paces over the past few days (half expecting it to have fallen apart by now), and it shows no sign of damage. Pretty solid.Hard not to recommend it at this price point. Fun little bit of kit.

Seems a good enough product used it last night without any issue and it's an added bonus that it comes with wraps, spare elastic, etc. However, more than 1 of the balls were damaged and not the best quality (flaking, etc which would normally be found on well used items not items straight out the box) I hadn't planned on leaving this feedback public but no option to contact seller directly.

I have been trying for few weeks. It’s not easy to practice at all. The bands with the strings on my forehead are blocking the way as well. Not recommend.
