Didn't work too well. Yes it helped to remove stain but it did not remove it all.

During their New Year's toast, my teenagers spilled their sparkling purple grape juice on the carpet. Then cleaned it up...with bleach! After a 5 minute freak-out, I settled down and began researching ways of dying carpet. We live in a rental and the last thing I want to have to do is spring to re-carpet the place when we move!I found this product via YouTube. I decided of the options, though the priciest, it seemed to me the best chance of matching the beige-taupe carpet in the house. The shipping was way faster than estimated and I had me kit in no time.I read the instructions several times and watched the YouTube instruction before even beginning. I wanted to make sure I had an off-the-cuff understanding of how it works. As instructed, after neutralizing the bleach, I set to work with spraying on Reactant 1, blue. As the instructions said, when it started turning bule/green, I hit it with Reactant 2, red. That started going a little bit purple on me, so I hit it up with Reactant 3, base yellow. The stain in my carpet was HUGE. They made sure they REALLY scrubbed back and forth in a straight line to get out all of the grape juice, leaving me with a 2 foot long, 3 inch wide streak of orangeish-yellow. It took me about 8 hours of repeating the steps and progressively fine-tuning the color, but I'm very happy to say the streak is GONE!Sure, $100 seems pretty pricey, but when compared with carpet replacement it is just a drop in the bucket! I have A LOT of product left, too. I operate an auto detailing business and now, with this product, I can offer carpet color repair to my customers! I am super happy with this product and don't think I could have got a more perfect match out of anything else out there.

I tried and tried and tried but the color just wouldn’t take. Soon as I steam cleaned the color that did stay just got sucked out :-(

It works! Seriously!! Read the reviews and you will see that it does! This saved my carpet. Is it perfect... not but excellent and I think I could make it perfect if I go back in an tweet it a bit. If you need help call them and they will walk you through it. I am a happy customer.Update: the prices change a lot. When I first saw it I thought it was around $80. I put it in my cart for a bit. Then when I went to buy it it was $130. I thought maybe I mis remembered and bought it. The day it arrived I looked at the listing and saw it was $99. I contacted sherry and he gave me a $30 refund. Today it’s back to $82. I am still happy because for $100 I saved my carpet but it bothers me that I still could have paid only $82. So Just wait it out if it’s over $80, it seems like the prices change drastically within only a few weeks. Worth the price.

It states on the directions that this product can only be used once. Once mixed it has a very limited time that it can be used.

My husband was cleaning our wooden deck outside with bleach and our daughter went out to help him. She walked around on the deck then came into our house. Late that night my husband could not figure out what happened to our rug. We figured it out the next morning, she had bleach on her feet and took the color out of our rug, tiny footprints everywhere. Please see the before and after pictures. OMG, I am so glad I decided to purchase this product. I had 4 different quotes for new rugs in our living room. We have awesome rugs and I was upset, not only because the rug appeared ruined but because I could not find the same quality rug anywhere. Because of that I gave in and purchased the carpet spot dye kit. Jerry was great. I over-worked one area and he helped me get the right color back. I really am totally impressed: both with the product and customer service. In the photos I loaded the color diagram I used.

Did not work, only caused additional damage to carpet. Instructions are extremely difficult to understand. They do offer a "help line" you can call but they are only open during business hours. Seller made it difficult to get a refund.

Customer service is top notch! Jerry always answers during business hours and responds within minutes if corresponding via texts. I highly recommend calling before starting, especially if using on wool carpets. Be patient as sometimes the process takes quite awhile. Ours has taken several days in order to allow drying time between applications. But the effort and cost has been well worth the money! This has saved our $3000 living room rug damaged by cat vomit.

It only made matters worse, on an undamaged, pure wool carpet. Tried all sorts of tactics with it (as advised by the seller). I will now have to employ a specialist company to recify the matter. I did however, receive a full refund.
