I have been using sea moss for the last 12-18m and this is by far the best quality I have bought of Amazon. The instructions were spot on to make a perfect blend of gel which I add to my daily smoothies. This will be my go to product for my sea moss!

A little goes a long way!I started off making way too much . I now snip a few bits off of the dried sea moss and submerse it in a mug of boiling hot water, wait for it to go gloopy.Dependant on wether it’s getting blended into smoothies or soups /sauces. ( no need to sieve)I put a Muslin cloth over a clean jam jar and push it through with the back of a clean spoon .if you haven’t got a muslin cloth a fine sieve will do the same . It will then turn into a gel ( no bits )Yes it does smell like the seaside but once mixed in you can’t taste it at all so don’t let that put you off.The health benefits are amazing 🤩Once it’s made up it’s fine in the fridge for a few days.A little goes a long way just remember when it’s cooled down put it straight in the fridge 🤗

I have tried several brands of Sea Moss and this one is the best so far. The gel turned out great by simply following the instructions on the packet. Adding a touch of lime makes all the difference and tastes great! Looking forward to adding this to my morning smoothies!
