Massively disappointing
Why is there this awful advert style label on the front of the bag?!Its sewn into the bag so no option to remove it either?Extremely disappointed little girl and return is now in process.

Smells bad
The bag had lots of room for pencil cases and other.but when i got this bag I smelled really bad after a few days it didn’t smell to bad. In the picture it had a key chane and it didn’t come with it.

Broken zip within one month of use.
This bag arrived on time. My daughter was thrilled.....but exactly one month of using it for school the main zip has broken and she is unable to use it.- just outside the return date so unable to.contact seller....would.not recommend.....
