Great set of buds. Super clear and loud audio.

This listing has great ratings, but if you look at the item questions, they're not for earbuds. The instructions for the item are written in broken English, which can be a sign of cutting quality. The case is pretty heavy, which hopefully means it has a lot of battery in it. They seem to fit in my ear comfortably, but I'm going to return them right away.DEAL BREAKERS: The buds play quiet but very noticeable static while being used. No noise cancelling, despite the title. The earbuds don't seem to respond all the time to touch input. The case has four little LEDs that never light up, not for charging the case or the buds; this is a sure sign that the quality is very poor.

What the heck. When I purchased these there were thousands of reviews. They popped up at the top of the list when I searched "wireless earbuds". They reviewed in the top percentage. Now there is only 1 review? Yup they are trash. They NEVER charged. The charging case does not work. Sound quality was OK at best. DO NOT BUY. Ponies up for the Samsung earbuds that these tried to copy.

I use them for work mostly. I found they don’t link to Bluetooth easy at all, they don’t charge if they aren’t placed PERFECT in the case and my wife is having the same problems with hers.

The sound quality is very bright, almost no bass. The ear plugs/pillows are made of a plasticky, hard material, very cheap feeling and very poor fit. Pairing left and right was a hassle also. At this price point I was not expecting anything great, but these earbuds are very cheap feeling and very low quality.

Do NOT drop it. The case is so slick you have to always handle it with care or it'll slide right out of your hands. Once you drop it it'll never be the same. The little magnets will loosen and it's a pain to get them back in place, in fact they'll be more susceptible to falling out of place again. And then it's impossible to charge the earbuds until you fix it.

Junk. These earbuds are not worth money. Charge does not last. They randomly disconnect. Regret spending money on this product.

That's what these headphones are. Dirty brown water trash. The company is completely unresponsive to support inquiries, and they manufacture untrustworthy products that last 2 months if you're lucky.I purchased these headphones as a gift and they worked great initially. Amazing sound quality, great inactive noice cancelling. The issue arose when one of my buds suddenly stopped working. When you place it within the case to charge, the red indicator light is on but flashing at an extremely high frequency. Not only that, but the earbud makes an extremely weird electronic noise while it's plugged in. Ever since this has started happening, I've been unable to get the device to connect to my phone, nearly 4 months now.I decided I'd try to give the manufacturer an opportunity to make things right before I gave a bad review, but they haven't, so this is simply unacceptable.Also, this company removes old listings of their products and creates new ones to get rid of bad reviews. This seems like an exploitation of Amazon's infrastructure if you ask me. Genuinely very untrustworthy company, I'd be careful.PS: If the manufacturer sees this, please reach out. The complete lack of outreach and response is totally insane, you can do better than that.
