This book is beautiful. The texture is soft, with musical notes and scrolling having an engraved feel while the flowers appear metalic. The cover design is carried throughout the entire book. Each date has a morning and evening devotion with prayer & praise. Each date has morning on the left page with evening on the right hand page. The same verse is used for morning and evening but are from different versions. Verses come from 8 different Bible versions.The only thing I find as a con is that the pages have a gloss that sometimes reflect the light
