I've had this for over a month running from the main router in the house on my property out to my rv. There is no interference and I have fast internet speeds, and it seems to work as described, heavy duty and weather resistant

Cable didn't work. Tester showed wires not crossed. I ordered some RJ45 connections to redo the ends. Hopefully it will work. Edit: forgot to say i rewired ends. Works great.
