Way better than normal slings
This distributes the arm weight to both sides of your neck - so much more comfortable. Takes a while to learn how to put it on, you have to hang the sling over both shoulders, unhooked, then stick the straps on the arm section, then insert your arm.

Garbage
If a product isn't intuitive, its garbage....simple as that.No instructions, took me longer than 30 seconds to figure out.....therefore garbage that gets sent back.

A Better Sling
This style sling is more comfortable than the traditional sling. After trying 3 other arm slings, this one is fairly comfortable, economical and easy to use. I did not need the wrap for my arm fracture so i did not need to struggle with that. The pouch is fairly roomy for my bulky cast/splint and i can put a small freezer pack in if necessary. I also like the pocket. The straps are easily adjustible but not padded. This style sling distributes the weight on my shoulders thus my neck does not get sore. The only thing missing are padded straps.

Great sling....once you get it on.
This sling is very comfortable and offers a lot of support. I like that it takes the weight off your neck. The only problem I had was that it was not easy to put on. With two good arms, no problem. But since it is a sling, it has to be easy to put on with one arm, after all, you're ordering it for a reason.
