It didn't work
Once I finally understood the instructions it did not steam out the wrinkles.

First time I tested it out I had to return it.it doesn't get hot enough the steam comes out room temperature no matter how long you use it.I thought it might of just needed time to heat up but it never got hotter.It just made everything moist.and the design is a little ackward definitely not for weak wrist and not a good size for travel.
