So I knew that the included phone holder part will be useless. It pretty much is. But I bought this item for the dashboard mount piece. It goes in between the air vents perfectly (but only on the driver's side), but rattles even when the bottom part is glued to the dash. The phone sits too high and covers lower portion of the infotainment screen, which is annoying. So I removed the mounting ball, drilled a hole lower on the supporting plate, and reinstalled the ball about 1/2" lower. I then threw away the included gravity holder and replaced it with my trusted MagSafe charging holder. I also had to glue a layer of soft fabric on the inside of the dash mount to prevent rattling. So far so good! It holds the phone where it should be, doesn't cover the infotainment screen, doesn't rattle, and it charges my phone. Mission accomplished. Don't buy this if you plan to use it the way it comes.

I loved the rhinestones they were so pretty. It but I have a Mercedes’ class C. And the driver seat adjustment is different than the passengers seat. So the drivers fit the accessories perfectly but not the passengers. So o my the drivers seat has an accessory on. So disappointed

I knew I didn't want something I had to adhere to my Mercedes C300 dash and I also did not want something that connected to the C300's round vents since in the past those holders were alway unstable over bumpy terrain. This product fit perfect and secure in between the vents and under the onboard screen without being obtrusive. Since they is not adhesion to attach it, I am able to remove it and store it away when I'm not using it. All major pluses for me!
