It fit and not leaks, what more can you say about a piece of pipe.

I used several of these sweep elbows to add a heater bypass on my pool equipment. These have been installed for a few months now and work perfectly.

This is an item that is hard to find -- sweep elbow with deep sockets. Very useful with pond plumbing.

i bought this to eliminate a standard 90º elbow in order to reduce friction and turbulence and get the maximum flow out of my run of 1" PVC pipe - but unlike standard 1" fittings that maintain a 1" diameter clearance inside, this curved 90º elbow has a smaller inside diameter (probably ¾") in the curve which you can see in the photo... the inside diameter of the two ends is a standard 1" when the pipe is inserted - so why they would reduce the inside diameter of the curved part is incomprehensible because that restricts the flow much more than a standard 1" 90º elbow... i'm glad i only bought one...
